The website is intended for business-to-business requests. By submitting a request you confirm that you act on behalf of a company or commercial activity and that the information provided is accurate.
3. The role of Euro Intermed
Euro Intermed acts as a B2B commercial layer for qualifying and routing opportunities between suppliers, buyers and specialised channels such as PalletClearance.eu and Angrosist.ro.
The website is not a public marketplace, does not publish open product lists, does not show public prices, does not include checkout and does not create user accounts.
4. No guarantee of a transaction
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, matching, negotiation or completion of a transaction. Each request is reviewed based on context, relevance and availability.

7bis. The automated assistant (AI)
SkalYou does not yet have a chat assistant on this site. Across the Euro Intermed ecosystem — on the other sites and on WhatsApp — you are answered by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, which identifies itself as such at the start of every conversation. If you message us on WhatsApp from here, it is what answers first.
The assistant runs the qualification conversation and checks a company’s public registration data. It does not negotiate, confirm prices, accept orders or conclude contracts — nothing the assistant says constitutes a binding offer or obliges us contractually. A commercial relationship arises only from a written confirmation by the team.
You can ask to speak to a person at any time: the word “operator” in the conversation, or the contact details at the end of this page. A transfer to a colleague is communicated to you explicitly.

8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
